Chubb looked to TLF to create a compelling launch campaign for a new online tool. Our mission was to communicate how Chubb’s new tool was a game changer for small business agents, giving them a competitive advantage over other carriers. We worked with Chubb’s marketing team to understand the tool’s features and how to best promote it to agents. We used interactive direct mail to enhance the message.
