The Lift Factor is looking for a dynamic Business Development person for the New England region.

    What we are looking for:

  • 5 years of business development experience selling to Insurance or Financial Services companies
  • Strong focus on prospecting and developing new customers
  • Executive level solution selling experience
  • Experience working for marketing firms/ad agencies or internal communication departments with a strong understanding of how integrated marketing works including digital marketing
  • Effective presentation skills
  • High energy, creativity and flexibility to work effectively in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability and capacity to effectively manage a long, complex sales cycle
  • A current, deep Rolodex of Insurance and Financial Services marketing contacts
  • An understanding of digital or print production
  • Job Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or other related field
    Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling to Insurance or Financial Services customers
    Integrated Marketing Services knowledge a must
    Strong new business development skills (Hunters not Farmers)
