We created an online assessment tool that was different from the standard “radio dial” questionnaires being used by others in the industry. Employing gamification and using animation and sound effects, The Tool allows users to paint their insurance picture. A series of illustrated questions provides an interactive experience that delivers and collects information and integrates with Hanover’s marketing automation platform for effective follow-up. The tool also delivers a personalized PDF that can serve as a guide when speaking with an agent.
